WADOMA - West African Dance of Madison - is Wisconsin's premier dance company interpreting the rich music and dance traditions originating in Mali, West Africa. By adapting a centuries-old form of social expression for the modern stage, WADOMA bridges the divide between tradition and innovation.

WADOMA boasts an extensive performance history, ranging from university to corporate workshops, to nightclub and festivals shows. Our teaching and outreach programs are equally diverse, focusing on community and university classes as well as elementary education.
